What is the startup / product / venture about? Give us a brief description of it.

We are a platform which has all the services such as ATS automation,
automated screening and interview scheduling.

Our Secret Sauce,
Our platform analyses all the open source projects on third party apps such as Github and presents it to the recruiters in a visual manner which make it easy to comprehend.
The candidates also get an opportunity to create their own online websites with their best works which can be shared across worldwide.
A Non Technical Person can leverage our platform to conduct technical hiring where he just has to check if the candidate is the right fit for the company and leave the technical aspects all on onTribe to do it.

How many co-founders are there? Please introduce them and their backgrounds.

Founder/CEO : Rachit Manchanda – Handles the entire Business Development, Growth and Product
CoFounder/COO : Naman Agarwal –  Handles all the technical operations and also the Frontend Channel at onTribe.
CTO: Saransh Mehta –  The Backend Mastermind handles the Database and the Information Architecture.
Head AL/ML: Aaditya Prakash Singh – The Neural Guy, deals with everything related to Machine Learning.

How did you come up with the idea? What motivated you to do this?

We are engineers in the making and as an engineer we always have
the urge to work, do an internship or a job – but somewhere gets stuck
like I (Rachit Manchanda) did while making a resume as I thought it
wasn’t enough to showcase my work and what all I’ve done – also I
i don’t know how to code a website as well.
This is where it all started.

Who is your target market? Why do you think your product will appeal to them?

Any Midscale company hiring technical candidates to grow is our primary customer, where they can’t afford to hire HR professionals to hire technical people.

Any Non Technical HR, CEO or a COO of a company – can leverage to hire technical candidates by letting all the technical inspection and screening of the candidates, all on onTribe.

We have our existing competitors in India currently who conduct hiring and perform ATS automations such as,

What are the future plans with the product/startup? Any new features you are planning on?

Future Plans are all clear and set, conducting technical fairs and internships just for Designers and Developers.
We have our own community in Discord which has over 450+ members where we promote P2P learning and take sessions. We take those sessions in Person, have onTribe Skill Schools.
We have a lot of stuff down alley and can’t wait to go big!
