Technology has advanced significantly, where machine learning and AI have dominated how we execute tasks in our daily lives. However, under this, one such niche has evolved significantly, which happens to be augmented reality. No doubt it’s been a really hard subject to master and there aren’t many companies that are giving easy mediums for others to harness this technology for their gains. Despite all this, one such company named Vossle aims to change that.
Vossle is an augmented reality company that provides others to use the technology in three simple steps. It’s where no coding is required, and there is no dedicated application for the same. Simply upload the animation and other models to the Vossle website, the company handles the AR side of things, and you get a link or QR code. It’s that simple. With such a unique forefront, Venture Mirror had a brief conversation with Vossle to understand their company and learn more about the process that goes behind it. What is the startup / product / venture about? Give us a brief description of it.
Vossle is a No-Code DIY SaaS platform to create Web Augmented Reality instantly. It requires no app downloads to experience AR.
How many co-founders are there? Please introduce them and their backgrounds.
1. Prafulla Mathur: A serial tech entrepreneur for the last 11 years. Raised $4 million in previous ventures from marque VCs like Mangrove Capital Partners (Netherlands) and Simile Ventures (Luxembourg). Earlier co-founded Queppelin & WudStay.

How did you come up with the idea? What motivated you to do this?
We have been developing AR for many businesses for the last few years. We noticed that only larger companies can afford to get their WebAR experiences developed while medium & small businesses cannot due to budget constraints. Additionally, they all find it difficult to find developers to create WebAR. Hence we created Vossle as a No-Code platform eliminating the need to write code and making it a self service cloud product.
Additionally, we wanted to eliminate the need to download any application which is a huge hurdle for users to experience AR. Hence Vossle creates Web based AR which requires no app installations giving a seamless experience.
Who is your target market? Why do you think your product will appeal to them?
Marketing for FMCG retail, eCommerce product visualization, fashion tryons, edutech visualizations, manufacturing/automobile manuals
Who are your competitors? How are you different from them?
8thWall is the primary competitor. Vossle is a No-Code platform which allows businesses to create WebAR without coding unlike 8thWall which requires advanced coding skills.
What are the future plans with the product/startup? Any new features you are planning on?
