What is the startup/product about? Give us a brief description of it.
Gym Clock is a Gym Management App available on iOS and Android platform that has 3 access levels – Owner, Trainer & Member.
The Gym Owner App allows owners to manage trainer and member data working as a Super admin. It also has full access to registrations and can update trainers and members data.
It reviews data such as attendance, training dates, information, broadcast discounts and delivers analytics to check the business growth.
The Gym Trainer App allows Trainers to –
- Add new members,
- View & Update attendance and training information
- Check Membership ending dates
- Check Total number of members
- Managing Membership plans
The Gym Member App allows Members to –
- Check attendance information
- Revise Workout schedule
- Receive broadcast updates
- Check progress through personalized BMI charts

How did you come up with the idea? What motivated you to do this?
Times are changing and the majority of businesses are trying to connect or are already connected to their customers on digital platforms.
With the rise of digitalization and the fitness industry, we thought to plunge into the fitness industry to change the way it is now managed.
We wanted to create a platform that serves all groups and provide personalized gym management apps that suit their business needs.
With the fast changing world, businesses are changing too, and having a business app opens the gate to new opportunities. As Automation & Digitalization are implemented in various industries, we think in the near future, apps will become the core aspect of every business.
What is your target market? Why do you think your product will appeal to?
Our ideal target market is the Fitness Industry. To be more specific Gym franchises, Independent gym owners, Gym studios are the targeted areas.
The reason we think Gym Clock will appeal is because it not only provides Gym management facilities but also gives them new opportunities to create branding.
The App will be custom tailored to their gym business theme and needs. Users can opt for additional features or remove some that suits their gym business.
What are the marketing plans apart from the product hunt/beta list launch? How are you planning to acquire new users?
To acquire new users, we are offering a 3 months free trial which will allow them to know and evaluate how beneficial Gym Clock is for their business.
Do you have a separate dedicated team to take care of marketing (digital marketing/traditional marketing)? Which digital platforms are you focusing more on?
Yes! We’ve a team of dedicated marketing professionals that look after marketing & branding of Gym Clock.
Currently, we are focusing on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter & Email Marketing.
What according to you is the biggest challenge that you faced? Is it product development or marketing or scaling or … ?

Who are your competitors/alternatives? What sets you apart from them?
Our ideal competitors/alternatives will ve Triib Inc, Perfect Gym Solutions, Virtuagym.
All the competitors / alternatives have worked hard on their app and are doing great. But the thing that sets us apart from other competitors is that we are always up to meet new challenges, go out of the way to provide and fulfill clients requirements.
What are the future plans with the product/startup? Any new features you are planning on?
As said there is always room for improvement, we will keep updating and adding new features to meet the current trends.
As of now the online classes have become the new normal, we are looking forward to that too.
