Imagine having a portfolio of more than a million dollars today and see it turning into $1 the next day. Happens only in fiction right? Well, nah! A cryptocurrency by the name Squid, which was modelled after the popular Netflix series Squid Games tanked from more than $1718 per coin to $0.002 per coin in less than 24 hours.
The coin’s makers were unreachable as both their website and their socials went offline, thus adding to the growing evidence that the project was rugged. The Squid token was available only on decentralized exchanges or popularly knows as Dexes. It was available on Pancakeswap which is a dex on the Binance Smart Chain.
Venture Mirror tried to contact the coin’s makers but there was no response.
