Resumecompass: A revolutionary way of building resumes

Building resumes can be a tough job, especially when you are a fresher and require the perfect layout, with the right information to have that perfect resume. While several online domains provide resume building options, being satisfied with one option isn’t enough. Even if they provide the desired options, breaking the bank is definitely the side effect of acquiring such resume. But this is where resumecompass comes into the bigger picture where it helps professionals and job seekers build their resume within minutes without burning a hole in their pockets.

Learning more about the inception of resumecompass, we had an in-depth conversation with, Ryan Bucci, the founder and full-stack developer, on how the domain works and helping us understand the world of resume building.

What is the startup/product about? Give us a brief description of it.

ResumeCompass is the most comprehensive platform designed and built to help job seekers and professionals build and perfect their resume in minutes.

How many co-founders are there? Please introduce them and their backgrounds.

There are no co-founders, as the platform was built and launched by a solo founder.

How did you come up with the idea? What motivated you to do this?

The idea came up when I struggled with my own job search years ago. Like many others today, I would submit my resume to job applications and never hear back. I wanted to build a platform that allowed people to identify weaknesses in their resume, and have the tools to perfect their resume in minutes.

Who is your target market? Why do you think your product will appeal to them?

The target audience for our resume platform is students, job seekers, and professionals who are looking to elevate or improve their career. The all-in-one platform gives all the tools, professional insights, and features needed to optimize their resume in one location, and most importantly it’s affordable.

Who are your competitors? How are you different from them?

Some of our top competitors include TopResume and Monster. We differentiate ourselves in a number of ways from our competitors by providing a comprehensive all-in-one platform that gives job seekers and professionals different options and tools for building and perfecting their resume. Our Free Resume Builder and Comprehensive Resume Review gives our audience instant tools to significantly increase their chances of securing job interviews without having to break open the piggy bank.

What are the future plans with the product/startup? Any new features you are planning on?

Currently, we’re actively developing new features to give job seekers and professionals even more tools to enhance their resume and cover letter. We’re also rapidly developing new content and increasing our professional insights on the platform to help job seekers and professionals learn more about how they can empower their job search.
