Jack the Generous – Twitter CEO vows to donate $1 Billion towards Covid-19 relief

At a time, when corporate houses are still contemplating on the amount they want to donate, Jack Dorsey, the twitter CEO comes forward and vows to donate $1 billion of his own personal money. Now, you might think that what’s $1 billion for a billionaire. Well, let me tell you. It is about one third of Dorsey’s wealth and that is why this contribution will go down as one of the most generous of all time.

Dorsey may not match up with the other CEO’s like Mark Zuckerberg or Jeff Bezos when it comes to their net worth. But today, he showed that when it comes to a cause and the will to support it, he is leaps ahead than any of the rest.

Dorsey has even said that people around the world would be able to track where the money has been spent. He wants it to be as transparent as possible and a google sheet with all the updates will be available to people.
